ELPIS Foundation of Australia
ELPIS was established by His Eminence, Archbishop MAKARIOS, Primate of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese in Australia, as a not-for-profit institution to provide Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) Rehabilitation services in a residential setting to men and women of all backgrounds and of all ages in NSW. Our core values are founded upon collaboration, empathy, respect and empowerment to improve the health, well-being and social outcomes of those in need within our community impacted by drug and alcohol use.
At the heart of the ELPIS Foundation of Australia, our philosophy is a commitment to provide:
- An inclusive residential therapeutic, drug and alcohol rehabilitation program to the community of NSW.
- Treatment and caring support services based on the dignity and respect these vulnerable people require to live a valued and quality life.
- Support and counselling to the family and loved ones of those addicted.
Our approach will work to prevent serious illness or death, hasten recovery and restore humanity.
ELPIS is a Home for Everyone
